I value connection, culture, and creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself. As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I work with adolescents and adults and am especially passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities.
I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful—a place where you feel understood while also gently challenged to grow.
I’m here to walk alongside you when things feel heavy, confusing, or stuck. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, or a major life transition, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, build practical tools, and uncover the strengths you already have. I use a warm, collaborative, and humanistic approach, integrating evidence-based practices like DBT and ACT to help growth feel more accessible and sustainable.
My goal is to help you deepen your self-understanding, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling. Some sessions may focus on concrete skills to manage daily stress, while others create space for reflection and deeper processing—always guided by what you need most in that moment.
Healing is not linear, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey toward growth and healing.

With teens and adults, I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, Systems Theory, and person-centered therapy. I integrate insight with practical tools so you can better navigate anxiety, stress, depression, and fear, while building a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and intentional.
With children and adolescents, I use both child-centered and directive play therapy to meet them where they are. Through play, kids can safely express emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, and relationships in ways that feel natural and accessible to them.
I approach therapy with compassion, collaboration, openness, and a touch of humor when it fits. I feel honored to walk alongside clients of all ages as they make positive, healthy changes and move toward the lives they want to live.

Many clients come to therapy feeling like they are struggling to move forward or they are missing the answers to make life better. Whether you're a parent concerned about your child’s mental health or your own mental health, navigating tough life circumstances can feel unmanageable. I can help you increase motivation, understand symptoms, and find lasting solutions.
You can expect sessions to be structured yet flexible. Some days we may focus on learning practical skills to manage symptoms, while other days we may slow down, process emotions, or make sense of patterns that feel confusing or overwhelming. I strive to balance warmth and authenticity with evidence-based guidance, so sessions feel both comfortable and purposeful.
I utilize evidence-based treatments such as DBT (dialectal behavior therapy), CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), ERP (exposure response prevention), and play therapy. I draw on frameworks like Polyvagal Theory to deepen understanding of emotion regulation and to use that understanding as a foundation for improved health and stronger relationships.
Often, we forget to allow ourselves to heal, set boundaries, or face emotions that we have suppressed or managed through unhealthy behaviors. I would love to work alongside you to help you decrease the isolation of mental health symptoms.

I specialize in working with adults and older teens. I believe that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s story is different, and my goal is to meet you where you are—offering support that feels right for you. Whether you’re looking for guidance, healing, or a space to feel heard, I’m here to help you discover what works best for you.
My approach is open, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from CBT, DBT, and MI to help you recognize patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change at your own pace. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the judicial system, with chronic illnesses, and struggling with substance use. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing looks different for everyone—and that compassion, curiosity, and flexibility are essential.
Above all, therapy will be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, explore, and move toward the life you want to create.

Hi, I'm Jacqueline.
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences and emotions. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I work with clients across all stages of life — from children discovering their sense of self, to teens navigating life’s transitions, to adults seeking clarity, connection, and healing. With children, I often integrate play therapy, which allows them to express feelings, process experiences, and build coping skills through creativity and imagination. Play becomes their language, offering gentle and effective support. With adults, I focus on helping you navigate stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges while fostering self-awareness, balance, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Whether you’re coping with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find new ways to grow, connect, and thrive. In our work together, my goal is to honor your story, meet you where you are, and help you create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Let's rewrite your story together.
I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe a little humor can go a long way. Sometimes a laugh helps us breathe, gain perspective, and remember that we’re human. My goal is to make therapy feel real, supportive, and—when it fits—light enough to carry you through the hard work of growth.

I'm here to stand beside you offering unwavering support, to heal wounds you've been avoiding, and guide you towards the life you deserve. I focus on insight oriented and experiential approaches but bring in tangible, skill-based work to provide support between sessions. I draw from holistic, creative, and somatic approaches, incorporating EMDR when helpful to support meaningful healing.
